On way to Prehistoric cave paintings Rajasthan is a land of magnificent forts, beautiful palaces, and a rich cultural heritage. Not only people from India, but travellers from across the world visit this state. In the last week of December 2018, I too planned a short trip to Rajasthan. However, this was not going to be a usual trip to a popular tourist destination.  Instead, we decided to explore a lesser-known place near Dadhikar Fort in Alwar, where prehistoric rock and cave paintings had been discovered.
