Rishikesh is a beautiful small town located in the state of Uttarakhand in India. It is situated in the foothills of Himalayas and on the banks of River Ganges . Bhangarh Fort or Bhangarh ka Quila is situated in Alwar district in Rajasthan in India . This ancient township was founded in the later half of the 16th century A.D. by Raja Bhagwant Das , the then Ruler of Amber and later on it was made capital of Madho Singh, brother of Raja Man Singh. On way to Prehistoric cave paintings Rajasthan is a place of historical forts and beautiful palaces. It has a very rich cultural heritage and not only people of India but even foreigners love to visit the state. In the last week of December 2018 I also planned for a short trip to Rajasthan, however it was not going to be a usual trip to some popular destination, but to a least known place where Prehistoric rock and cave paintings had been discovered. The place was somewhere near Dadhikar Fort in Alwar . So here the journey begins.. MY TRIP TO KEOLADEO NATIONAL PARK pics from Keoladeo national park Keoladeo National Park was formerly known as Bharatpur Bird sanctuary and the same is located in Bharatpur town in state of Rajasthan in India. The sanctuary is spread into more than 28 square km of area and is one of the richest habitat of large number of birds including reptiles like pythons etc. Especially during winter large number of migratory birds travel to the sanctuary from different parts of the world including the poles.
